Monday Mingle!

It's that time again! Back for the Monday Mingle. :) If YOU want to join in the fun, go visit Jen @ EightyMPHmom. Or if you just like to pop over and visit all of the other lovely Mingle ladies and gents, that's ok too. :D Password for my video, as always, is: misadventure. Enjoy!

**Edit: Gross. My video and audio is out of sync. I'll try to fix that. It wasn't like that before! Grrr.... I apologize for the annoyingness and will try to get it back N'sync soon. (sorry, couldn't resist that...in sync....heh).

**Update: I have re-uploaded my video twice now, to no avail because Vimeo hates me. Funny, I have had kind of an "off" week this week, I guess it's just reflecting literally in my video. I'm sorry. You just get to watch me like a badly dubbed Japanese film. Kudos for your patience. I will make cookies to make it up to you. :)

Erin, I fixed the pw....I had typed it wrong in the box, lol. Man, it's been one of those days. "misadventure" should work now. :)

Leonardo is pretty easy on the eyes. I concur. I liked him in Basketball Diaries too.

Oh you're accepting "applications" ... good to know! I don't know any single guys anymore. And I'm sure the long distance would be a bit of a bummer.

I think experiencing the past in its pure form would be neat, I just would fear doing that would alter the present. I can't get past that what if. :D

Oh I'd love to see Where the Wild Things Are too.

Mmm you should post your recipes for those Thanksgiving fixings...yep. Do you use a brine for your turkey? I LOVE Alton lol. He is truly a genius.

Always a pleasure mingling with ya! Have a good week!

Dude!! It was so hard to watch and listen at the same time .. LOL please call J.T. and see if he can fix that for you ;)

I'm with Erin.. The whole thought of stepping on a butterfly and altering everything as we know it is just too scary for me..

You can SO come and cook dinner for me! I rock the green bean casserole and Alton Brown is my hero!

Always a pleasure!

You can cook my Thanksgiving dinner too - your turkey sounded delicious!

Don't feel bad about the movies - I couldn't come up with much either LOL. I just don't seem to have the time to go these days, plus they are so expensive!

Thank you for mingling again!

Oh I love Leo too! So funny about the green bean casserole. I feel the same way but I never realized it. I wait all year for it. Why don't I just make it? I don't make mine from scratch though...yours sounds so much better!

It's nice to meet a fellow boyband reject. :-) I took part in 3 mortifying crushes that had ties to boybands.

Yay! A kung fu movie without the action :) Just kidding dearly. You always entertain me so much!!

As for the boyfriend, My husband said you are an "absolute cutie" (his words) so I think the right guy will come along and see it real soon!

This week must be a week for off sync videos. I am having the SAME issues with my MM.

Yummy, Leonardo in Titanic! Almost drooled a little.

Haha you are too cute! Boyfriend application? hehe!

I would totally go chill with the Egyptians. How interesting that would be! :)

OMG Lauren do I have the guy for you! Remember how you said to send my best friend over? Haha - you guys are such a match! He's an adorable, loving dork that wears his heart on his sleeve, is 26, and he even took theater for seven years! And he is SOOOOO CUTE! Now only if you lived in Austin. :(

I think your reasons for going to the past are great. Much better than mine. :)

I agree with you on the movies. I have you beat though. The last movie I saw in the theater was Princess Mononoke. THAT was a long time ago.

I love Alton Brown too! I also did a from scratch green bean casserole last Thanksgiving. I need to look up his recipe though because I'm pretty sure I used someone elses and I wasn't happy with the onion batter at all. The rest turned out great though.
